Dr. Bill Barnes attended Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, graduating in 1999. Dr. Barnes postgraduate study included both the Gonstead system as well as a focus on case management. He is excited to bring his 22 years of Chiropractic skills to the upstate to be back close to his family, which means the world to him. Dr. Barnes was drawn to chiropractic through his love of sports and outdoor activities. When not correcting subluxations he can be found riding and racing dirt bikes and mountain bikes.

Originally from Western NY, Marianna graduated from the University of Rochester's School of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. After spending the last 15 years in traditional healthcare, she realized she wanted to help people achieve wellness by treating the root cause of their issues rather than treating their symptoms.

Genvisc
This is often referred to as a "gel" injection. It is a hyaluronic acid injection to help with knee arthritis. It acts as a cushion to the knee joint during movement and helps relieve pain.
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
PRP is concentrated platelets from your own blood which stimulate regeneration and repair to the areas it is injected. This is a simple procedure done in our office and takes minimal time.
Knee Decompression Therapy
Knee arthritis leads to compression of tissues and wears out cartilage of the joint. Knee Decompression therapy helps the tissues of the joint return to their normal position and relieves pain in the joint.
